Johns Creek residents are once again heading to the polls to decide who will become their next representatives on the City Council.

Early voting kicked off today -- Monday, Nov. 16 -- for the Dec. 1 runoff, which should settle the score for the Nov. 3 municipal election results.
Residents can cast ballots early from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 16 through Nov. 25 at the following locations:

- Fulton County Government Center, 130 Peachtree Street SW, Atlanta
- Robert F. Fulton Ocee Branch Library, 5090 Abbotts Bridge Road, Johns Creek
Saturday voting, which is scheduled for Nov. 21, will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. only at the Ocee Library in Johns Creek. There will be no Sunday voting.
For the general election to fill the Post 2 seat, residents will choose between candidates Jay Lin and Chris Coughlin.
For the special election to fill the Post 2 seat (for an unexpired term through December 2015), candidates Todd Burkhalter and Coughlin will be on the ballot.
In the special election for the vacant Post 5 seat, which is also for an unexpired term that will end December 2017, Stephanie Endres and Dr. Nazeera Dawood will face off in the race.
Polls will open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1 in the city.
