Johns Creek Named 4th Best City To Live In America
It's the third consecutive year Johns Creek has been named to 24/7 Wall St.'s list.

JOHNS CREEK, GA -- The praise keeps rolling in for the city of Johns Creek. This time, a new report has come in indicating Johns Creek is among America's 50 Best Cities To Live.
24/7 Wall St. released its report on Oct. 12, and it's at least the third consecutive year Johns Creek has been named to the list. To come up with its list, 24/7 Wall St. reviewed about 590 cities that had populations of 65,000 or more in 2016. It also collected data across several categories: crime rates, demographics, employment growth, access to restaurants and attractions, education level, housing affordability, infrastructure and environment.

For Johns Creek, 24/7 Wall St. states that 63 percent of adults in the city have at least a bachelor's degree. People living in the city, the company adds, also have access to a variety of amenities in the area, as Johns Creek is situated in one of the highest concentrations eateries, recreational centers and movie theaters in the country.
Johns Creek had a population of 83,884 in 2016 and its median home value hovered around $372,000. Its poverty rate was around 4.9 percent, placing it in the bottom 10 percent of the country, 24/7 Wall St. added.

In 2016, 24/7 Wall St. ranked Johns Creek as fourth on its list, a slight dip from the third-place slot granted to the city in 2015.
