JOHNS CREEK, GA -- A pedestrian boardwalk damaged by a truck a little more than a week ago in Johns Creek has been repaired.
The boardwalk at the Barnwell/Jones Bridge Road curve has reopened to the public after a truck damaged the portion of the structure.
The city said on its Facebook page that the section of the curve has been declared an Oak Tree Preserve, and installing a concrete sidewalk would require grading and ground disturbance.
