The employee told police that she was serving a customer when a man armed knife walked behind the counter, pointed the weapon in her direction and demanded that she open the cash register.
The woman said she "initially thought it was a prank," but when she realized the male was serious, she complied with his request.

The subject was able to snatch about $120 in cash from the register, the report states. The customer who was in line when the alleged robbery took place told police he tried to follow the male, who fled the scene in an SUV.
A woman who was in the same vehicle as the customer attempting to follow the SUV said they lost track of the subject on State Bridge Road.
"She stated everything happened (so) fast, and that they weren't driving as reckless as the robber so they couldn't get close to the SUV," the report goes on to say. The woman added she believed the SUV, later determined to a black GMC Envoy, turned left on State Bridge Road and was seen traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed.
Witnesses described the male as a 6-foot-tall, heavy set white male who wore a gray, long-sleeved shirt, black pants, gray gloves, a black cap with a red emblem and a blue handkerchief over his face.
