Mattie's Call Issued For Missing Johns Creek Resident

The Johns Creek Police Department has issued a Mattie’s Call in an effort to locate a male resident reported missing Saturday afternoon.

Robert Franklin Oates, who lives in the 10000 block of Summer Creek Drive, was last seen around 2 p.m. Nov. 21. Police say he suffers from dementia, and “becomes easily lost and confused.”

Oates was last seen at his home wearing gray sweat pants and a burgundy long sleeve shirt.

He drives a red Toyota Tacoma bearing Georgia tag BNE3137. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
