Men Accused of Stealing iPhone from Liquor Store

The Johns Creek Police Department is asking the public to help them identify two men who allegedly stole an Apple iPhone from a man last month.

Police say the man’s phone was taken at his place of business — Johns Creek Liquors at 3000 Old Alabama Road — Dec. 30, the city said in a press release.

“While one suspect distracted the victim, the other suspect snatched the iPhone5 from behind the counter,” Johns Creek city spokesperson Doug Nurse said.

Anyone who can identify these suspects or who has had a similar experience with men matching these suspects’ descriptions is asked contact Det. L.J. Brown at 678-474-1593 or at ljbrown@johnscreekga.gov.

Residents are asked to reference case #2014-004955 when contacting the police.
