Johns Creek UMC Names New Preschool Director

JOHNS CREEK, GA — Johns Creek United Methodist Church welcomes highly experienced preschool director, Susan Hotchkiss, to lead their top-notch preschool staff.

Susan Hotchkiss grew up in Dunwoody and is a graduate of University of Georgia, where she received a bachelor’s degree in personnel management. After graduating she found her passion in teaching children in a Christian environment. She has 23 years of teaching and leadership experience in early childhood education with 14 as the preschool director at Dunwoody United Methodist Church.

In May 2018 Susan left Dunwoody to continue her career closer to her home in Duluth. She is honored and feels abundantly blessed to serve as the preschool director at Johns Creek United Methodist Church. Susan’s desire is to make a difference in the lives of young families, bringing them closer to Christ. Her passions outside of work are UGA, playing tennis, teaching Bible studies, fantasy football and exploring the world.

Parents can schedule a tour with the Johns Creek United Methodist Preschool throughout the summer and school. There are still a few spots available for their infant care program (ages 8-24 months), preschool program, and kindergarten program.
