• Johns Creek sets new dates for millage rate hearings (appenmedia.com) — Johns Creek has rescheduled its 2026 property tax millage hearings to Oct. 15 and Oct. 26 at City Hall, where council will also vote on the rate. The city plans to keep the millage at 3.492 mills, which state law treats as a small tax increase, adding roughly $14 to the bill for a $625,000 home.
