• No hot water observed at any sinks within the kitchen area. (CA): Hot water must be provided within the food prep area at all times.
• Observed back self closer at back door broken. (CA): All physical facilities must be maintained in good repair.
• Facility must close until hot water has been provided to kitchen area. Contact inspector Jessica Mulbah once hot water has been restored.
• A follow-up inspection will be held Nov. 15.
