Chattahoochee Student Athlete Signs With Mississippi State
Hooch's Davis Rokose will play baseball for the Mississippi State Bulldogs.

JOHNS CREEK, GA — Chattahoochee High School’s Davis Rokose has signed a National Letter of Intent to play baseball for Mississippi State University. Mississippi State is an NCAA Division I school and competes in the Southeastern conference.
Rokose, a 3-year varsity starter, was named Region 7-6A Pitcher of the year in 2018. He posted a 0.38 ERA going 6-1 with 99 strikeouts in just 55.1 innings last season.

Rokose spent the last four years playing travel baseball with Team Georgia, during which they won two back-to-back national championships. Most recently, he was invited to participate in the Team USA 18u National Team Trials and Perfect Game National Showcase.
Alternating between the No. 1 and No. 2 ranked left-handed pitcher in the state by Perfect Game, he’s also ranked as the 176th overall player in the country by Prep Baseball Report.

Rokose chose to play for the Mississippi State Bulldogs after being heavily recruited by multiple SEC and ACC schools including LSU, Ole Miss, UGA, Clemson, Auburn, UNC, Kentucky, and South Carolina.
