SW Airlines Exec to Speak in Johns Creek

A Southwest Airlines executive is sure to find a room full of potential customers when he speaks at the  Eggs & Enterprise breakfast on Wednesday, Jan. 25.

Southwest Airlines begins flights connecting in Atlanta starting in February.

Dave Ridley, senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Southwest Airlines will be the keynote speaker at the breakfast sponsored by Verizon Wireless at the .

Ridley oversees the Marketing and Sales Department and the Revenue Management Department at Southwest Airlines, making him responsible for building and maintaining the brand while maximizing company revenues. This includes leadership and direction of Southwest’s pricing; advertising and promotion; loyalty program; and the world’s second largest travel website, southwest.com.       

Since joining Southwest in 1988, Ridley has served as vice president, Marketing and Sales; vice president, Ground Operations; and senior vice president, People and Leadership Development.

Ridley and his wife, Mary Flo, live in Dallas, Texas, and have been married for 31 years. They have two married daughters; a son; and one granddaughter.
