Woman Reported Missing In Johns Creek Has Been Located (UPDATED)
Catelin Rose Durham left Emory Johns Creek Hospital on foot after accompanying her grandmother to a doctor's visit.

JOHNS CREEK, GA -- The Johns Creek Police Department has issued an alert for an 18-year-old woman who walked away from a hospital while her grandmother was getting treatment.

A be-on-the-lookout alert has been issued for Catelin Rose Durham, a Forsyth County resident who was last seen Feb. 1 at Emory Johns Creek Hospital.
According to a report released by Johns Creek police, Durham accompanied her grandmother to the hospital "to assist with a doctor's visit" around 1 p.m. Wednesday. Durham left the facility on Hospital Parkway on foot.

Security footage shows a person believed to be the 18-year-old woman leaving the hospital alone. According to the report, Durham told her grandmother she was going to step outside for a moment, but never returned.
Durham is described as a white female about 5 foot, 6 inches tall. She weighs around 158 pounds, has dark blond hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a maroon hoodie sweat shirt and blue jeans, and black tennis shoes with pink trimming. She was also carrying a black backpack with her name written in pink.
Anyone with information about Durham's whereabouts is asked to call 911 or 678-474-1593.
