Fantastic time today during the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Pickett's Mill. I had the distinct pleasure of leading 350 people on my 2:00 p.m. tour of Key's battery position. The largest group I have ever led across a battlefield, nearly a regiment by 1864 standards! All the guests really enjoyed watching the reenactment in the wheat field, shown in the images below. Thanks to everyone with the Friends of Pickett's Mill and the Georgia State Park service for making this a memorable event!
