The new Staging Your Home for Resale course at KSU will teach sellers how to enhance their listing, attract buyers, and make the sale.
Having trouble selling your home? Small adjustments and tweaks can translate to huge rewards – just ask Jan Britt, award-winning home decorator and longtime instructor for KSU’s College of Continuing and Professional Education. Her new course, Staging Your Home for Resale, is the newest offering in CCPE’s Home Decorating series of courses. Additional offerings include Decorating and Design for the Home: The Basics and Decorating and Design for the Home: Beyond The Basics.
Jan brings more than 20 years of decorating experience to the classroom and teaches students how to create high-class looks on a low budget. The learning objectives include techniques to improve your selling experience and return on investment, methods to create more space in the home and reduce clutter, and skills on how to use existing furnishings and home decorations to enhance home viewings.
