Senior Financial Analyst Opening

Airgas South, Inc., a subsidiary of Airgas, Inc., the nation's leading distributor of industrial, medical and specialty gases and welding supplies, is seeking a  Senior Financial Analyst at its Kennesaw location.

According to the online job listing, the ideal candidate should be a team player with strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; prior accounting experience; thorough knowledge of GAAP accounting; and technical understanding of accounting systems and processes.

Job responsibilities entail monthly financial analysis that will encompass budgeting, forecasting, profitability/price increase analysis, along with internal reporting and ad hoc analysis as requested by field constituents and the VP of Finance.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, five to six years of work experience in a financial role and excellent PC skills in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, SAP and Hyperion.
