Bank of America Hiring Bilingual Sales Specialist

Bank of America is seeking a bilingual customer service and sales specialist in the Kennesaw area.

According to the job posting, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls from credit card customers. Ninety-five percent of the time will be spent on the phone. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing sales opportunities by soliciting balance transfers from competitors, soliciting cash deposits into checking accounts and offering additional credit card products and services.

Qualificatons:

• At least an intermediate ability in computer skills.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with customers.
• At least 1 year of experience handling difficult situations with customers.
• Intermediate proficiency (1-3 years of experience) in written and verbal communications.
• At least 1 year of experience working in sales.
• Ability to work weekends, either rotating or set days as outlined in the job requisition.
• Ability to work evenings, either rotating or set days as outlined in the job requisition.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish. Must be able to read and speak fluently.
