BBB contacted the business regarding the pattern of complaints filed with our office. Complainants allege that this company failed to provide promised services or refunds.

We requested voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaints. To date, the business has been unresponsive to this request.

Additionally, BBB questioned advertised claims that appeared on this company's website. The claims were:

1. The Leader in Home Warranty Protection.

2. Whether it's your first home or your tenth investment property, you can remain confident that your covered systems and appliances are protected by the nation's best service and repair available.

In an effort to assist the company with this matter, BBB sent suggested modifications for each of their advertised claims that would bring them into compliance with BBB standards. The company did not respond.

BBB has provided information to Georgia's Governor's Office of Consumer Protection for their review and possible follow-up.

At this time, BBB believes the company is no longer in business at the address provided. Consumers may still file a complaint with BBB for future reference. Consumers may also wish to seek legal advice.
