Chase Hiring Loan Officer

is looking to hire a Loan Officer at its Kennesaw location, according to a job listing posted online.

The selected candidate will promote and market mortgage products to clients inside and outside the branch footprint, serve as the customers' chief point of contact with Chase throughout the life of the loan and provide coaching, mentoring and training to the branch team.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending; proven sales experience in retail banking required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate required.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment required.
• FHA/VA sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
