Crafters Gear Up For Kennesaw Holiday Gift Shop

From The City of Kennesaw: Pottery both functional and whimsical, produced by students and instructors from Kennesaw Parks & Recreation’s pottery program, will be on display and available for purchase at the City of Kennesaw’s Carrie House in November. One-of-a-kind items handmade by local artists including jewelry, felted wool and knitted items, photography and other mixed-media works of art will also be offered for sale.

The Holiday Gift Shop will operate on Friday-Sunday, November 9-11 and Friday-Sunday, November 16-18 from 10am to 5pm. An opening night reception with refreshments, music, door prizes, and special offers will be held on Friday, November 9 from 6 - 8 pm. The public is invited to attend. The Carrie House is located at 2838 Cherokee Street. Parking is available in the Depot parking lot, across the street from the Southern Museum.
