Don't Get Caught in Traffic
Take a look at the roadwork being done in and around Kennesaw this week, Aug. 6 through Aug. 10. Barrett Parkway, Burnt Hickory Road and Ridenour Boulevard are among the affected roadways

The following road work will be in progress this week, according to :
NB Barrett Pkwy (Burnt Hickory Rd. to Ridenour Blvd.):
You can expect periodic lane closures northbound from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. between Burnt Hickory Road and Ridenour Blvd. One lane will remain open at all times as the contractor performs grading operations, wall construction and storm drainage work. Various utility companies will be relocating services which should not affect your service.

SB Barrett Pkwy (Ridenour Blvd. to Burnt Hickory Rd.):
Also anticipate periodic lane closures southbound from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. between Ridenour and Burnt Hickory Roads with one lane remaining open at all times. The contractor will be performing grading operations, wall construction and storm drainage work. Various utility companies relocating services which should not affect your service.

Road Resurfacing
Asphalt paving operations, which will include lane closures with one lane remaining open at all times are scheduled next week weather permitting on the following roads:
• Wright Road from Poplar Springs Road to Corner Road
