Coca-Cola is calling people out to their favorite park to vote this summer in the third-annual "America is Your Park" campaign. Your vote can help Kennesaw's Swift-Cantrell Park win the title of America's Favorite Park and $100,000 recreation grant from Coca-Cola. The three parks with the most votes will win $100,000, $50,000 and $25,000 respectively; and a $15,000 grant will be awarded at random to a park that comes in 4th to 25th place on the leaderboard by the end of the contest (which ends on July 15).
The easiest way for the park to earn votes is to "check in" on the foursquare app using your iPhone or Android mobile device when you're at Swift-Cantrell Park. Important: Before checking in, you'll need to follow the directions on livepositively.com/parks to accept the application permissions that make it possible for you to use foursquare to vote. If you don't do this first, then your votes will not be counted. You can check in at the park once per 15-minute period, three times per hour and 28 times each day.
