A free Cisco information session is Thursday, April 2, at 7 p.m. at KSU’s College of Continuing and Professional Education.

Cisco’s focus is computer networking, and KSU is offering two courses to prepare students for certification exams. Cisco CCENT Certificate: Introduction to Networks and Essentials of Routing and Switching, begins July 11. Cisco CCNA Certificate: Scaling and Connecting Networks begins Oct. 3.
The free session on April 2 will serve as an opportunity for adult learners interested in Cisco receive pertinent information from KSU instructors and staff. All information session attendees will receive a 10% discount coupon which can be applied toward course registration. The Cisco session is part of KSU’s Career Training Expo.

The public is invited to learn about career-boosting professional certificate programs such as Paralegal, Culinary, Medical Assisting, Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, Human Resources, Web Design, Project Management, Gerontology, Group Fitness Instructor and more.
