• Requirements: At least 2 years general customer service and claim resolution experience; experience using Microsoft Office 2007 Office Suite products.

• Responsibilities: Answer calls to STAINMASTER® carpet warranty service toll-free number; accurately respond to inquiries and complaints; determine warranty coverage eligibility and process claims; document all claim information; provide prompt written and verbal responses to customer communications or inquiries; negotiate warranty claim resolutions.
