Hospice Hiring Patient Care Coordinator

Regency Healthcare Group is looking to hire a Patient Care Coordinator in the Kennesaw area.

The selected candidate will be responsible for formulating the plan of care, overseeing its implementation and coordinating all hospice services to patients and families. The candidate should be a graduate of an approved school of nursing with a BSN desired. Qualifications include three years experience as an RN in a clinical setting, an additional three years of healthcare nursing experience and a minimum of one year supervisory/management experience.
