Hotel to Fill More Than 40 Jobs

The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) will help Westin Hotel & Resorts fill more than 40 jobs in metro Atlanta. The recruitment will be held Wednesday, March 20, from 10 a.m. to noon at the GDOL’s Cobb-Cherokee Career Center, located at 465 Big Shanty Rd. in Marietta.

The company will be recruiting housekeepers, banquet stewards, and laundry and valet attendants. Applicants must have a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED) and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 250 pounds. Housekeepers are required to have at least one year of professional housekeeping experience.

Salaries and work schedules will be discussed between the applicants and the company.
