Death of Pizza: Johnny's Pizza Cherokee St. Kennesaw

Very disappointed with the cook and management staff at Johnny's Pizza on Cherokee Street, Kennesaw.  Recently, during a takeout I noticed one of the cook staff catching the pizza in his HAIRY ARMS instead of his hand then placing the pizza into the oven for baking.  This means hairs are stuck on the pizza when baking, not sanitary, and patrons are eating hairs, dead skin follicles as additional pizza toppings. This information Was brought to both the health department and Johnny's Pizza management staff for correcting. Johnny's mgmt said it would be corrected. Next visit one month later, an In-store visit was made for a takeout pizza. To my surprise nothing had changed. Pizzas are still being made with FREE HAIR AND DEAD SKIN FOLLICLES as complementary added toppings.  Are we to disregard this matter and our health? That's an individual decision.
