KENNESAW, GA — Homelessness and food insecurity are on the rise among college-aged students, and Kennesaw State University will bring these issues to the forefront during its annual Homelessness Awareness Week, Nov. 2-9. Now in its 12th year, the weeklong event is organized by the University’s Campus Awareness, Resource and Empowerment Services program, which serves Kennesaw State students experiencing homelessness, food insecurity or foster care.
