Making it Count: Learn bookkeeping skills at KSU
The Bookkeeper Professional Certificate program provides job training, prep for industry designation

Having a diverse set of skills is key for professional advancement. The Bookkeeper Professional Certificate program is designed to provide training for those looking to change careers or seeking to move up in their current positions. It is offered by KSU’s College of Continuing and Professional Education.
The Bookkeeper Professional Certificate program, starting Feb. 2, also includes a QuickBooks component. Working with general ledgers, assets, liabilities and balance sheets are some of the many components of the course. This class is recommended for aspiring entrepreneurs or those already in business. It is also designed to prepare individuals interested in obtaining the Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation.
Jervy Albritton completed the Bookkeeper Professional certificate and said, “With the program, I became more familiar with the bookkeeping practices here in the U.S., and it was an edge for me to be qualified to get my dream job.”

This certificate program is approved for VA Education Benefits, and payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis.
