No Charges for Kennesaw Woman Involved in Fatal Pedestrian Accident
The pedestrian was wearing dark clothing in a poorly lit section of Highway 92 when he was struck and killed, police said.

A 53-year-old Kennesaw woman will avoid charges striking and killing a pedestrian while driving in Acworth on Friday night.

The Marietta Daily Journal reports that Galyna Losinska was behind the wheel of the Nissan Altima which killed Cesar Sanchez, 52 at approximately 9:45 p.m. Sanchez was not in the crosswalk when he was struck, state troopers told the MDJ.
The Georgia State Patrol says that Sanchez was wearing dark clothing in a poorly-lit section of Highway 92, and may have been under the influence at the time of the collision.
