North Cobb Apartment Complex Bought for $23 Million
Stanton Place Apartments has been bought by RADCO, which already owns three other northern Cobb residential complexes.

ACWORTH, GA — Stanton Place Apartments in Acworth has been bought by RADCO for $23.3 million.
The purchase is RADCO’s eighth buy in 2016 and 60th since August 2011, according to GlobeSt.com. Stanton Place is also the third property that RADCO has bought in northern Cobb.
RADCO plans to spend $3 million on improvements to the multifamily community, which has been renamed The Landing at Acworth.

The complex is less than a mile from Interstate 75 in northern Cobb County. Its located in the North Cobb High School district, and also close to Kennesaw State and the new LakePoint Sporting Community, a 1,300-acre complex with retail, dining and hotels.
The gated apartment community was built in 2001.
