• Hornet Hub gives Kennesaw State competition teams space to build, innovate (kennesaw.edu) — Kennesaw residents with ties to Kennesaw State can now take pride in the new Hornet Hub on the Marietta campus, a 12,000-square-foot facility giving student competition teams modern bays, labs, and shared workspaces. The building replaces aging structures, supports nationally ranked teams like KSU Motorsports and the Hydraulic Bike Team, and expands hands-on learning that feeds directly into Georgia's engineering workforce.

• Watching Heat Move Atom by Atom: Computational Studies of Thermal Transport (gsu.edu) — Kennesaw-area students and researchers can hear Kennesaw State engineering professor Jungkyu Park explain how computer simulations track heat moving atom by atom in advanced materials at the Science and Cyberinfrastructure for Discovery conference. Co-hosted by KSU's Center for Research Computing and Georgia State's ARCTIC core, the event highlights cutting-edge scientific computing tools and collaborative research opportunities across universities.
