Shopping for Prom

• At in Kennesaw, you will find a vast selection of designer prom dresses and formal gowns for other occasions. Tuxedo rentals and sales are also available. Order dresses online with free shipping or pick up your order at the store. Between their store and online website, CC’s of Rome carries over 9,000 dresses. Gowns are hand selected from the industries leading designers, so you will always find top trends and fashions at CC’s of Rome. All of their 2010 gowns are currently half price. Hours are Monday through Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The flower shop is run by experienced florists with over 25 years in the business and carries a large inventory of fresh flowers. Faith Designs Florist accepts both online and phone orders and offers worldwide delivery. They offer same day delivery for orders received by noon. Corsages with five sweetheart roses range from $19.99 to $39.99 and some have a decorative bracelet of rhinestones or pearls. Boutonnières are $9.99 and up. Hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. 
• If you’re looking for a large selection of Junior’s prom dresses from a department store, in Kennesaw is your best bet. Macy’s has numerous prom dresses to choose from in many different colors and styles. If a short cocktail type prom dress is your style, Macy’s carries many of those as well. There is also a ladies section which has long formal gowns and some come in petite sizes. You may also shop on the store’s website. Macy’s is an anchor store at Town Center Mall. Store hours are Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
• Looking for formal wear for prom at affordable prices? Shop at in Acworth, where you can find tuxedos and prom dresses. Tuxedo rental is available and the store also sells tuxedos. The women’s formal wear includes both one-of-a-kind dresses and fashion lines. Js Boutique 2, Inc. also offers tailoring. They are located in the Parkside Village Shopping Center off Hwy 92. Store hours are Monday though Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.  
• , located on Main Street in downtown Acworth, makes beautiful and fresh corsages and boutonnières to serve all your prom floral needs. You may buy made-to-order flowers for all occasions in the store, over the phone, or online on the Ivy Shop’s website. The professional and friendly staff will make sure you are satisfied with your corsages and boutonnières. You may choose from a rose or orchid corsage for $25 and all boutonnières are $7.50. Store hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
