Popular charity golf tournament seeks sponsors for sold-out event
Sponsorship opportunities are still available for MUST Ministries' annual charity golf tournament Sept. 10 at Pinetree Country Club.

The Pinetree Country Club in Kennesaw is the backdrop for MUST Ministries’ annual golf tournament. Set for Sept. 10, the double-flight event is sold out but is still seeking sponsors.
The 224 golfers will play on Pinetree’s 7,108-yard championship par 72 golf course where legends like Arnold Palmer, Bobby Jones, Sam Snead and Tommy Aaron have played during its 56 years.

All proceeds from the tournament benefit the 30,000 people a year who come to MUST seeking help and hope. It is a faith-based, volunteer-driven organization that provides food, housing, employment services and clothing to those living in poverty. Most of MUST’s clients - 84 percent - are women and children in Cobb, Cherokee and six surrounding counties.
The annual golfing fund raiser includes a meaningful testimony from a former teacher and coach who was laid off and had to seek help from MUST. The day will also include meals, drinks, raffles, contests, auction, mulligans and PGA gift packs. Check-ins for the two flights start at 7 and 11:30 a.m.
