Cobb and Douglas Public Health recently visited several restaurants in the Kennesaw area. All establishments received A's during this go-around, including Star Pizza & More, which redeemed itself with a perfect score after
Scores as outlined by the Cobb County Food Service Regulations are rated as follows:
A: Food safety excellence, 90 to 100.
B: Satisfactory compliance, 80 to 89.
C: Marginal compliance, 70 to 79.
U: Unsatisfactory compliance, 69 or less.
