On Saturday, March 8, Michael Shaffer, assistant director of KSU's Civil War Center, will deliver two lectures: first, 'The Civil War History of Camp McDonald' at the Pickett’s Mill Battlefield, beginning at 10:00 a.m., and the second on 'The Atlanta Campaign,' 2:00 p.m. at the Kennesaw Historical Society.
