On Monday, April 1, The Exchange launched its first annual 'Capture Culture Community Photo Contest' designed to provide amateur, enthusiast, and professional photographers an opportunity to showcase images portraying the beautiful array of cultural diversity within our community.
2013 Capture Culture Photo Contest – The contest will be open for submissions between April 1st – May, 31st. Photographers of all skill-sets are invited to capture compelling images of multiculturalism and diversity, submitting those that best express 'hometown heritage'.

- Grand prize, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes in two categories: best single photo and best picture story.
- Winners will be profiled in Inside Gwinnett Magazine
- Winners will be part of an exhibit called, “Hometown Heritage: Face of Community”, touring various locations throughout metro-Atlanta
- Winning photos will be on display at the Around the World Visits Snellville International Festival on September, 21st and exhibited in the Snellville branch of the Gwinnett Public Library.
People's Choice Voting
A People’s Choice category will be open to public voting via the Capture Culture website. The top 3 People's Choice winners will be awarded at the 2nd Annual Around the World Visits Snellville International Festival on September, 21st at Briscoe Park in Snellville, GA.
