Con-way Freight is currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Rep for their location in Lawrenceville. The person in this position will perform general clerical duties including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing. They will assist customers with tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and/or invoicing questions.
Previous customer service experience is required. Experience with transportation is preferred.
