District Manager

The District Manager at Dollar Tree will help plan for growth and continued success in running a successful business by hiring, training and developing store associates.

The incumbent will analyze district sales reports to increase and maximize sales. They will control payroll hours, cash control, conduct store audits and monitor inventory shrinkage.

Mulit-unit retail management experience is required.
