Celebrating Teachers All Year Long!

Primrose School of Five Forks selects Mrs. Lauren Poole as the Apple of Our Eye for the month of September!

Mrs. Poole and her husband, Mike, have two children: Michael (4), Emma (1 ½), two dogs, and a cat. She was born in Columbia, SC, but was raised in Charleston and Savannah.

Mrs. Poole has many years of experience working with children. She began babysitting at a young age and was a nanny all the way through college. She graduated from the University of Georgia with her Bachelor’s Degree in English and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She taught 4th and 5th grade for 6 years in the public school system before joining the Primrose School of Five Forks team after Michael was born. She has been at Primrose for 3 years.

In her spare time, she enjoys being outside with her family. They like to go hiking and camping on the weekend. She also loves to sew and do craft projects in her free time as well.
