The Global Logistics Program Manager will improve the customer’s experience at Cisco's Second Moment of Truth by using planned customer-focused Logistics initiatives along with timely and accurate resolution of Regional Logistics-related issues. They will also be responsible for the resolution of logistics cases as well as supervising any outsourced analysts or program managers.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or engineering or a science related field is required. Five or more years of experience in Business, specializing in Logistics or a related field is required along with two or more years experience presenting to customers and/or management.
