Gwinnett Medical Hosts "Advance Directives: My Life Choices" Class

Gwinnett Medical Center is hosting Advance Directives: My Life Choices, as a part of their Community Education Series on Cancer Prevention, Screening and Treatment on Thursday, December 4, 12 – 1 p.m.

Learn about the importance of making end of life choices in advance of the time that you may need them, how to go about this process and how to communicate these choices to your loved ones and caregivers. Chuck Christie, M.Div., BCC, Chaplain, Gwinnett Medical Center, will be the event speaker. A light lunch will be served. The event will be held at the Cancer Support Center, 631 Gwinnett Physician Center, Suite 220, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. This event is FREE. Registration is required by calling 678-312-3100.
