Nicole Tubbs replaces former principal, Jose DeJesus, who took a position in a school system out of state.
The Gwinnett County Board of Education has approved the appointment of a new principal at Berkmar Middle School.
Nicole Tubbs will fill the vacancy created when former principal Jose DeJesus took a position in a school system out of state.
Tubbs, formerly an assistant principal at Berkmar Middle, has been an assistant principal at Peachtree Ridge High School since 2010.
