Lawrenceville Docket Book: March 11

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on March 11, 2012. Those arrested and their charges include:

Matthew Carl Davies, 520 Meadowmeade Ln, was arrested and charged with minor in possession of alcohol and DUI.

Marcus Todd Livesay, 3860 Pleasant Oaks Dr, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, public drunkenness and criminal damage to property-2nd degree.

Derrick Jon Harris, 920 Orchard Mill Ln, was arrested and charged with DUI-Alcohol and open container while operating a motor vehicle.

Hector Porfirio Ruballos-Garcia, 80 Victoria Station Blvd, was arrested and charged with DUI.

Brian Andrew Young, 3214 Dunlin Lake Rd, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession/purchase of alcohol under 21.

Briana Monae Young, 3214 Dunlin Lake Rd, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession/purchase of alcohol under 21.

Octavio Tiscareno-Saucedo, 420 Twin Brook Way, was arrested and charged with giving false name or information, criminal damage to property-2nd degree, simple assault and battery.

Brittany Lee Worrell, 1978 Sunny Hill Rd, was arrested and charged with battery and theft by shoplifting.

Logan Tanner Cunningham, 1371 Sundale Dr, was arrested and charged with intent to distribute marijuana.

Frankie Louis Dey, 385 Lexington Dr, was arrested and charged with possession of firearm by convicted felon, improper lane change, drugs not in original container, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, VGCSA of C/S and abandonment of dangerous drugs.

, 4339 Annlette Dr, was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon during a crime and VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
