Lawrenceville Docket Book: September 19

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on September 19, 2012. Those arrested and their charges include:

David Dara So, 2686 Titon Way, was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon during a crime, driving while license suspended/revoked, VGCSA intent distribute C/S, intent to distribute marijuana and failure to maintain insurance.

Hector Flores-Marin, 1048 Country Court, was arrested and charged with speeding, no drivers license, hold for immigration and driving while license suspended/revoked.

James Gregory Johnson, 2008 Wildcat Cliffs Ln, was arrested and charged with hold for other agency, cruelty to children-3rd degree and battery.

Jamy Ratha Long, 695 Meadow Walk Ave, was arrested and charged with aggravated battery.

Marianne Elizabeth Smith, 2416 Jade Dr, was arrested and charged with battery and disorderly conduct.

Frederick Louis Conaway, 14208 Holland Pl, was arrested and charged with DUI-Alcohol.

Gary Michael Lewis, 1185 Stonemill Run, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. 

Stevie Demarkus McCrary, 42 Ezzard Street, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Hugh Higgins Brown, 698 Clairidge Elm Trl, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Dwayne Anthony Day, 91 Oxford Brook Way, was arrested and charged with improper lane change, criminal trespass and child restrain chair.
