Lawrenceville Student Awarded Merit Scholarships to Findlay University

A Lawrenceville student received a Merit Scholarship award from the University of Findlay in Ohio, according to the press release.

Katherine Buckley will receive $16,000 for the 2014-15 academic year.

The Merit Scholarship awards are based on a student's final, cumulative high school grade point average (GPA) and ACT/SAT scores. Scholarships are awarded beginning with the freshman year and are renewable for up to four years (for a total of five years of scholarship aid). Merit scholarships for transfer students are based on the student's GPA from all previous college-level institutions.
