Man Jumps Counter To Rob Pharmacy Cash, 2 Men Sought

Two men are sought by Gwinnett Police after one jumped the counter and both escaped with hundreds in cash after robbing a pharmacy.

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA - The Gwinnett County Police Department Robbery Unit needs the public’s help in identifying two suspects who robbed a local pharmacy.

On Wednesday, Nov. 14, at around 9:45 p.m., two men entered the Walgreens at 2365 Buford Drive in unincorporated Lawrenceville. On the surveillance footage, one suspect is seen purchasing a pair of socks. Once the cash register is opened by the employee, Suspect 1 jumps the counter and begins to take out all the cash. Suspect 2 reaches over the counter and helps Suspect 1.

The suspects stole a couple hundred dollars and fled the parking lot in a silver 4-door passenger car. They were last seen traveling toward Interstate 85.
