McKendree UMC Fall Festival this Sunday Features Blessing of the Animals

Join McKendree United Methodist Church this Sunday for their annual fall festival. In addition to the craft fair and BBQ, FREE children’s games and inflatables, this year the celebration includes a blessing of the animals.

The festival runs from noon until 4 pm this Sunday, October 19, with the blessing of the animals at 2 pm. All animals need to be either on a leash or in a carrier. Don’t have a pet to bless? The SPCA will be on hand help you adopt one! Still haven’t gotten your flu shot? We can help with that, too!
