Meet our Family of the Month; A Trusted Partnership with Parents

Primrose School of Five Forks selects the Hayes family as the Family of the Month for October!

LaDetric and Keisha are the proud parents of LaDetric Aiden, a student in our Preschool 2 class and Kiani a senior at Auburn University studying Apparel Merchandising, Design and Production Management. They are all die-hard Auburn fans and attend as many Auburn University football games as possible. LaDetric absolutely loves Aubie and always wants to find him on campus when they go visit his big sister. LaDetric started playing soccer and doing Jui Jitsu this year and it enjoying it.

Some of the Hayes’ favorite hobbies include cheering on both the Auburn Tigers and the Green Bay Packers. The Hayes family also loves to travel together. This year, they have been blessed to visit Turks and Caicos, Seattle, Montana, Phoenix and have plans to go to Italy next year.

The Hayes family lives in a very close neighborhood and enjoys having BBQ’s and weekend gatherings at each other’s homes. LaDetric loves going to Braves games and cutting the grass with his daddy – they will see how long that lasts! That little guy could spend all day outside riding his bike, playing with his cars, sidewalk chalk or on their neighbor’s trampoline if they let him. LaDetric also loves to take things apart. He completely dismantled the Lil Green Machine (carpet cleaner); however, it was never put it back together enough so that it would work. Now they hide all vacuum and carpet cleaners or anything with screws!

The Hayes family shares their Primrose experience: When LaDetric and Keisha were asked why they chose Primrose School of Five Forks for LaDetric, they replied, “We have truly been amazed at the amount of progress we have seen in LaDetric since he began attending Primrose when he was 6 months old. The developmental milestones have been very impressive and often earlier than expected. We believe Primrose’s curriculum and outstanding teachers are responsible for that. LaDetric is able to articulate his thoughts and opinions well, excited to read and actively growing in his writing skills. He has shown remarkable growth not only academically, but socially as well. We can’t say enough about the wonderful teachers and how they love our son. We also feel as if we are part of a family and that is an awesome feeling. There are so many activities that Primrose hosts for the families: BBQ, Cultural Awareness Program, Family Nights, Muffins for Mom and Donuts for Dad and many more. There is a true partnership and investment in not only children, but also in us and we appreciate that more than you know.”

Congratulations to the Hayes Family!
