Outdoor Gas Leak Reported In Lawrenceville Neighborhood
Gwinnett County Fire responded to the leak around 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — Gwinnett County fire crews responded to a Lawrenceville neighborhood Thursday after they were notified of an outdoor gas leak. The leak, reported in the 500 block of Marsh Lake Road, prompted fire officials to close off access to the subdivision while the gas company worked to fix the leak.
Firefighters are currently at an outdoor gas leak on the 500 block of Marsh Lake Road in Lawrenceville. The subdivision is closed. No injuries or evacuations reported. Gas company is aware and working to fix the problem. pic.twitter.com/R5E2YIGkdZ

County fire officials said the leak was secured just before 1 p.m. Roads were reopened around the same time, allowing residents and motorists access to the subdivision. Officials said no injuries were reported.
Update: Lville Gas has successfully secured the gas leak on the 500 block of Marsh Lake Road. Motorists & homeowners have full access to the roadways and subdivision in that area.
