Water was spilled onto the floor in the dishwash area. Area smelled sour in the dishwas area from what appears to be stagnent water puddling. The plumbing system must be maintained in good repair. Floors need to be cleaned more thoroughly and frequently; old food debris build-up around dry storage shelf/mop sink/dishwash area/clean dish area. Keep all physical facilties maintained and cleaned more frequently and thoroughly. Floor being unclean is a repeat violation from previous inspections. This is the 3rd repeat for this violation. Permit may be suspended if this continues to be a violation. Repeat Violation. 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(2)(a) ] Cove base in dishwash area is in disrepair; please replace cove base in dishwash area. Keep the physical facility maintained. New Violation.
